bruised bear was started in the summer of 2009. It was founded based off ideas and doodles kicked back and forth between friends for over a year. We got tired of walking into stores and not seeing shirts we like. Our emphasis is on whimsical designs that make you think and hopefully, maybe more importantly, put a smile on your face. We wanted to create clothing that made the wearer feel good. We pride ourselves in not taking anything too seriously, so you’ll always find something fun in our designs.
